Reason for non automatic renewal.

Policy could not be auto renewed because credit card had expired. It would be great if we could be informed that the reason for non-renewal was due to a card expiry issue.

We have used this company before but did seek other holiday travel insurance offers for a price, having gone through the information provided to other companies the cost of cover for my wife and myself was ridiculous, well done staysure thank you. Kelvin Jones
